Starting it off on the right foot, The Flashes Varsity Hardballers Wacked the Warriors 15-6 in season opener

Stevie "G-Money" Giambrone started on the hill (and got the win) Jimmy "The Snake Charmer" Martinson pitched the fifth inning and Jake "Sunshine" Dewitt came in to relieve him for the last two innings. At the plate the Flashes Guys were really burning the ball up; "G-Money" went 3 for 3 with 2 doubles and 3 RBI's, Cory "Strtetch" Haluska had 2 doubles, Ian "Groveman" Grover had a 3 run homer and Scott "Paper Boy" Meredith had a solo round tripper. In all the Flashes blasted 20 hits including nine doubles. All of the Flashes hit the ball well, Jimmy "Big Jay" Narkun had one of the nine doubles.
