05/19/08 @ Home Sweet Revenge, Flashes 10             Wildcats 1

After dropping a heartbreaker in their first meeting, the Flo-town Hardballers were determined to show the Freedom Division leading Wildcats that the first meeting was just a fluke. The flashes Guys began beating on the ball from the very beginning and jumped out to a 3-1 lead after three innings. The hitting barage was led by Stevie "Gee-Money" Giambrone (two doubles and a triple), Quentin "Mighty Q" Loftin and Clint "Rocky" Rockhill (each with a double). "Gee-Money" also pitched the first three innings and picked up the win. Following him on the hill was Jimmy "Snake Charmer" Martinson who also pitched three innings and who was on the mound for the first time this season pitched the last inning. The win kept the Flashes in the hunt for a tie in the Freedom Division title and prevented the Wildcats from winning it out right. They (the Wildcats) can still win it all with a victory over New Egypt, a loss would give the Flashes Guys a share of the title.
